Automated creation of the personal record - You start by inputting the personal record on which you fill in your client's personal data manually or by means of some interesting links in the software such as the electronical ID card or directly from the National Register. SDP ActaLibra manage-IT reads the electronical ID card and creates a personal record for the client concerned or the personal record is created on the basis of the search results in the National Register.

Dossier record with automated task planning- The dossier record contains all information on the parties and goods in your dossiers. You gradually fill in the dossier record on the basis of the gathered information. In order to help you deal with your dossiers, SDP ActaLibra manage-IT disposes of fully detailed task lists for each type of dossier. This way you always have an overview of your tasks before and after executing the act. Moreover, you can - without any additional work - take into account waiting periods, the validity of your documents and the order of all tasks in a dossier.

Document creation customized to your company style - The data previously entered in the client or dossier record, are re-used by SDP ActaLibra manage-IT when creating your documents: letters, forms, acts and settlements. The software uses an intelligent merge system that adds all data to your Word text files.

Digital document management - All documents created for a certain dossier will be stored in the document list of SDP ActaLibra manage-IT. It is easy to add e-mails, pictures and scanned documents to this document list. To facilitate searches, the list is arranged per document category.

Dossier planning: Always keep a clear overview - With one mouse click you will have a complete overview of all your dossiers per employee as well as of the evolution of each dossier. This is the perfect tool for your employees to

organise their work. At a single glance they see which tasks they are still to do for a certain dossier. The system obviously will take into account deadlines, the validity of the documents and the priority of certain tasks. In the global dossier overview you can directly consult dossier details, execute tasks and open documents.

shared office agenda if you work on the basis of a central SQL database in SDP ActaLibra manage-IT. The stored client and dossier data can easily be consulted, at every work station, by the authorized employee at any time. This way your clients will be quickly and efficiently helped. Thanks to some integrated tools you easily and quickly dispose of the accurate data and current status of all of your dossiers.

Click on a certain appointment in the Outlook office agenda and the related dossier will open automatically in SDP ActaLibra manage-IT.

  • Switchboard:

for incoming calls SDP ActaLibra manage-IT displays the caller's name. For outgoing calls, SDP ActaLibra manage-IT autonomously dials the correct telephone number.

  • An up-to-date database with

  • mortgage registry offices,
  • land registers, etc.

Dispatching book - Handwritten dispatching books are things of the past. Documents for which you want to follow-up the dispatching (registration, mortgages) are stored in a dispatching book as soon as they are ready to be sent. Hence you keep an overview of all documents that have been sent and received. The registration records and mortgage information are easily consulted. Furthermore the dispatching book provides a link with the financial follow-up of the documents received in the accountancy.
