Time schedules

Scheduling complex timetables is often the reason to switch to time registration. With SDP Era time-IT you can use recurrent annual, monthly, weekly or daily schedules in which you can edit blocks with a number of days. On the basis of these blocks, creating schedules is much easier.

The application data is easy to work with, for example additional holidays can be applied to everyone, to a certain division or to one single employee. The software compares the actual performances with the theoretic planning. SDP Era time-IT offers the unique possibility to administer more than one contract per employee. In the event of complex schedules (for example in the social service sector and in public institutions) time management can be linked to SDP Era plan-IT by means of which performances can be easily calculated..

User-friendly

SDP Era time-IT runs on PC -as a stand-alone application- or in a network, depending on your requirements. Moreover, SDP Era time-IT can be used both online or offline; when used offline, the badge terminals store data which is imported automatically later on. Obviously, also online links are possible.
The Era desktop is well-organized, simple All stored data can be consulted effortlessly. The smallest details can be verified on the basis of several reports. The data is easily exported to Excel-sheets or text files.

Intuitive

The system operates in a transparent and intuitive way. Intervals only need to be defined once for multiple schedules. In the event of an alternative schedule, the system adapts to each registration by means of automatic schedule detection. Furthermore, all parameters can be set, such as

- walking times.
