• Simple time registration by means of a proximity badge reader and personal badge for each employee. The registration data are imported directly into the SDP Era application. Main advantages are:

• From SDP Era time-IT the data are easily exported to the payment administration. Especially in the event of complex working schedules the gaining in time for the human resources department is considerable. Links to the different payment administrations have already been developed.
• Performances are calculated according to the work agreements with your employees and as stipulated in your work regulations.

 

Reporting

• SDP Era time-IT offers the possibility to print detailed statistics or to display them on screen or in an Excel-sheet.

Option: virtual time clock
By means of the virtual time clock, every employee can:

• register his presence;
• submit applications by means of automized forms: leave of absence, change of shift, ...;
• consult his balances;
• print and consult personal reports.
  

He can also apply for registrations or consult and print personal reports. The managers receive the absences applied for and have all required parameters at their disposal to judge an application, such as counters of the applicant, the planning and other applications for leave of the division.
